Written notification of cancellation must be received no later than September 18, 2023 for a full refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations after that date. Exhibitor participates in Expo entirely at his own risk. The NABA does not make any claim as to the volume of business or sales to exhibitor. By signing the agreement exhibitor agrees to hold NABA harmless from any and all liability should exhibitor be dissatisfied with the financial outcome.
The NABA World Series runs from September 28- October 14. Vendors may set up a booth at Tempe Diablo Stadium for as long as you would like. Come in for a few days or stay the whole time. Games will be played at Tempe Diablo complex the entire tournament every day!!
